Most things in life are easy by nature - so are these 5 simple selp-help-methods to balance and recharge your body and mind – or that of someone else – in cases of emergency like bad news, trauma, shock, pain or disease … They are really easy to learn and they work! Since many years I am using these methods myself to balance my overall energy flow in my body-mind-system and are always surprised how fast they sometimes work ...

The basic self-help and most vital one is conscious breathing,
conscious means be aware that you are breathing … breathing gently and deeper ...
So, take a deep breath in – your belly becomes a wonderful ballon and suck up the air and surrounding universal energy into your lungs and body …
Then slowly let go of your breath, so your belly becomes flat again …

By doing some conscious breaths – whenever you think of it or in cases of emergency - you energize and balance your body-mind-system thus giving you more overall energy to face the challenge ahead of you ... for a longer version see under conscious breathing ...


The second basic self-help is gently tapping your thymus gland,
the human thymus gland is a kind of subtle energy receiver and distributor, the gentle tapping activates respectively reminds this gland to do its job (as it shrinks in adults) …

So, by tapping the thymus point about 10 cm or 4 inches below your collar bone in the middle of your chest you charge your body-mind-system with vital energy thus balancing yourself so you can coope with a challenge more easily …

Tap your thymus as often as you think about it or in cases of emergency … you will feel the difference especially with emotional topics almost immediately – you just feel more centered or balanced and less emotionally involved in whatsoever ...

The forth is EFT – emotional freedom technique by Gary Craig, this is the emotional version of acupuncture. By gently tapping on certain meridian points you can address the cause of emotional issues (being unbalanced energy meridians) and let the subtle enery flow freely again …
